Stabilised Current Settings

9.6.1 Measurement Settings

(I) Voltage
Set the voltage to apply to the sample for the measurement.

I. This can be set between -10 V and +10 V.
(II) Total Time
Set the total length of the measurement in minutes.

(III) Measurement Interval
Set the time between each current measurement in seconds.
