Functional description

The Multidis SFQ heating circuit distributor/
collector serves the distribution of the
medium to the corresponding surface heating/
cooling circuits.
The Multidis SFQ heating circuit distributor/
collector is equipped with the QM valve insert.
The QM valve insert enables automatic flow
control (hydronic balancing) of the surface
heating and cooling systems, as the valve
insert is infinitely presettable, diaphragm-
controlled and differential pressure-
independent. The differential pressure is kept
constant over the presetting and control
cross-section of the valve by the flow control
unit integrated in the valve insert.
Printed stickers are included with the heating
circuit distributor/collector to identify the
individual circuits. You can attach these to the
heating circuit distributor/collector.
The heating/cooling circuits can be filled,
flushed and bled via the fill and drain cocks.
3.3

Operating elements and displays

Set the flow rate using the presetting key
directly on the handwheel of the QM valve
insert (the set values can be read directly from
the outside). This protects against
manipulation of the preset value by
unauthorised persons. The valve insert is
infinitely adjustable. A correction of the set
value is also possible while the system is
running.
