    PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: 1. Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product 2. Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use 3. Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly 4.

  • Page 11 STEP 7: Fix metal leg (J) to bottom panel (2) with bolt (G) , lock washer (Z1), washer (Z2). Using allen key ( ) to fix 100% as shown.
  • Page 12 STEP 8: Attach pneumatic rod (S-1) to panel (3) with screw. Insert soft closing bumper (T) into hole panel (4).
  • Page 13 STEP 9: Attach hinge (I1) to panel (1) with screw (V2). STEP 10: Fix top panel (1) to panel (6) with screw (V2).

  • Page 15 STEP 12: Attach pneumatic rod (S-2) to panel (1) with screw.
  • Page 16 STEP 13-1:Fix cam pin (O) to panel (9) (10) (11) (12). STEP 13-2: Fix panel (10) to panel (11) (12) with cam lock (P). Insert panel (13) into grooves between panel (10) (11) (12). Fix panel (11) (12) to panel (9) with cam lock (P). STEP 13-3:Fix rails (N-2) to panel (11) (12) with screw (V1)

  • Page 19 SAFETY BRACKETS INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach one Mounting Plate to the wall with the Large Screws. Make sure to attach the Mounting Plate into a stud. If mounting into brick or masonry you will need to acquire wall anchors. 2. Attach the second Mounting Plate to the furniture frame with the Short Screws.
