Problem
The appliance makes
an unusual noise and
vibrates.
The programme du‐
ration increases or
decreases during
programme execu‐
tion.
The washing results
are not satisfactory.
Too much foam in
the drum during the
washing cycle.
After the washing cy‐
cle, there are some
detergent residues in
the dispenser drawer.
The drum is empty
and the display
shows there is some
weight in.
The drum is full but
the display shows 0.0
kg.
After a steam pro‐
gramme, garments
are partially wet.
The appliance does
not dry or does not
dry correctly.
Possible solution
• Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer
to "Installation instruction".
• Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts are
removed. Refer to "Installation instruction".
• Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.
• The SensiCare System is able to adjust the programme
duration according to the type and the laundry load size.
Refer to "The SensiCare System load detection" in "Daily
Use" chapter.
• Increase the detergent quantity or use a different deter‐
gent.
• Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
• Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
• Decrease the laundry load.
• Reduce the quantity of detergent or the number of tablets
or single-dose detergents.
• Make sure that the flap is in the correct position (UP for
powder detergent - DOWN for liquid detergent).
• Make sure you have used the detergent dispenser accord‐
ing the indications given in this user manual.
• Press the On/Off
and activate it again to set a tare.
• You loaded the laundry before activating the appliance.
Press the On/Off
• Empty the drum and follow the necessary steps. (Refer to
"Loading the laundry")
Make sure that the appliance is accurately levelled. Adjust the
appliance by raising or lowering the feet.
• Turn the water tap on.
• Make sure the air filters are not clogged. Check primary
and secondary air filters.
• Make sure the drain filter is not clogged.
• Reduce the laundry load.
• Make sure you have set the correct cycle. if necessary, set
again a short drying time.
