( ) Refer to Detail 3-3A and insert the
leads of the four transistors into
the circuit board at A, B, C and D.
Do
not solder the leads to the foil.
NOTE:
It is extremely important that
the transistors at A, B, C and D, when
mounted, be
flat
against the rear panel.
Failure to position these transistors
flat against the rear panel will cause
the transistor to overheat and be
destroyed at high power
levels.

Refer to Detail 3-38 and push the
transistors at A, B, C and D, flat
against the rear panel.
NOTE: A nut starter has been supplied
to hold and start 4-40 and 6-32 nuts
on screws.
~
Refer again to Detail 3-3A and mount
each of the transistors at A, B, C
and D to the rear panel in the
following manner.
l.
Apply approximately 1/8 of the
container of silicone grease to
both sides of an insulator.
2.
Place the greased insulator between
the transistor and the rear panel.
Line up the holes in the transistor,
insulator, and rear panel.
