Prepare a resistor-capacitor com -
binat ion as shown below. Use a
1 M!2 (brown-black -green) resistor
and a 47 pF disc capacitor .

bination .

First line up the flat of the
transistor with the outl ine of the flat
on the circuit board . Then insert the
transistor leads Into their correct
holes, which are indicated by E, C,
and B. Solder each lead to the foil
and cut off the excess lead length .
