After connecting the big tank, the machine cannot reach to the high level automatically. With manual fill, it also stopped working for the filling, the alarm indicating that the liquid level is high. Apparently, wrong information showed up.

The issue could be that the liquid nitrogen (LN) level in the tank is already less than one inch below the high level setpoint. In this case, the manual fill will stop when the Manual Fill button is released, and the unit may not reach the high level automatically. As a result, the system might still display a high liquid level alarm if the alarm setpoint is not adjusted properly or if the sensor is faulty.
