REPLACING THE FILTER

Turn off the dust collector by flipping the motor STOP switches.

Disconnect the dust collector plug from the power socket.
WARNING: WEAR APPROPRIATE PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.

Set the caster wheel brakes to prevent the machine from rolling.
Release the fasteners that locks the Longopac® container. Remove the Longopac® container.

Disconnect the socket that connects the motor head with the electrical panel on the back side (for DL4000P).

Release the retainers that hold the motor head. Lift the motor head with HEPA filter and place on a flat surface being careful not to dam-

age the power cable.
To replace HEPA filter, unscrew the threaded bolt holding the HEPA filter in place and remove old filter. Install and fasten the new HEPA

empty the compressed air tank using the valve.
