1. Click on the left side in the tree view on an EtherCAT master that you want to configure for cable
redundancy.
2. Click on the EtherCAT tab, then Advanced Settings.
3. Click on Redundancy in the tree structure on the left.
4. Click on the Adapter Reference option and then select a second EtherCAT master from the drop-down
menu.
ð You have successfully configured cable redundancy. The EtherCAT slaves configured for cable
redundancy are displayed in the Online tab.
