Let the barbeque cook for over 30 minutes without any food. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - Only use outdoors. - Place on a solid and even surface, away from inflammable mate- rials. - Do not use when windy. - Only use after the barbeque is completely assembled and firmly in place.

LIGHTING THE FIRE - Remove the lid, upper layer, cooking grates and drip pan. - Ensure the charcoal grate is inside the pan, which needs to secure on all three legs. - Open the lower layer, and face towards the wind for better air circulation.

COOKING TIPS - Do not lift the lid to check food during the cooking process. - When removing lid during cooking, put it towards the side. Do not lift straight up, as it creates an air flow that will suck up ashes onto the food.
