ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NT-70
CHAISE FRAME
STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood. Lay
CHAISE FRAME on its back side with mortise holes facing up as shown on the assembly
diagram.
Screw in by hand and tighten with a standard adjustable wrench. Do not tighten too hard or the
wheels will not turn. Complete the WHEEL ASSEMBLY as shown in the above photographs.
STEP-III
Before inserting the brass bolts to the front legs, slide one washer onto each bolt. Insert the
bolts through the front legs and then connect with long axle. Screw in by hand also tighten with
the standard adjustable wrench.

STEP-II
Before inserting the brass bolts through the back leg, slide
one washer onto each bolt. Insert the bolts through the back
leg and slide on the second washers. Then slide wheel onto
the bolt and connect the wheel assembly with the short axle.
