2. Blocked or kinked pneumotach tubes
3. Leak in patient circuit or endotracheal

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Connect plug-in power supply
2. Connect to an active outlet
3. Replace battery
4. Replace charger
AC power must be restored and battery
charged
1. Reconnect
the
pneumotach
and/or tubes
2. Service needed
1. Review flow calibration procedure
and recalibrate
2. Check pneumotach tubes and
correct blockage
3. Check and correct the patient
circuit and endotracheal tube for
leaks
4. Adjust Peak Pressure high alarm
limit
1. Connect sensor
2. Review calibration procedure and
recalibrate
3. Replace cell
