ACTION
Check transducer against a gauge.
Check for leaks and charge refrigerant into system.
Check flow.
Check liquid line filter.
Repair or replace valve or control.
Clean evaporator tubes.
Check EEV or EEV drive.
Check low water temperature cutout setting and low
evaporator pressure cutout setting.
Check oil heater.
Check oil level switch.
Adjust condenser water flow, increase condenser
leaving water temperature.
Check oil filter.
Recover refrigerant and keep discharge superheat in 7
to 10°C, evaporator small temperature in 0.5 to 2.5°C.
Repair or replace Eductor or filter.
Increasing oil charge.
Check sensor.
Check and clean tubes. Check water conditioning.
Check site pumps, valves, and strainers. Increase
quantity of water through the condenser to the proper
value.
Check tower fan motor/blade, valve, and water
circulation.
Vent air from the condenser gas.
Check the condenser water flow and distribution.
Recover refrigerant and keep discharge superheat in 7
to 10°C, evaporator small temperature in 0.5 to 2.5°C.
High voltage to the chiller is missing.
Check fuses.
Replace control board.
Replace display board.
Check for restricted flow.
Check for rapid flow changes.
Water loop is too small.
Flow is below minimum for chiller.
Check sensor against temperature gauge
in water line.
Check sensor for intermittent operation.
Check wiring for short or open circuits.
Check and clean tubes. Check water conditioning.
Check site pumps, valves, and strainers. Increase
quantity of water through the condenser to the proper
value.
Check tower fan motor/blade, valve, and
water circulation.
