Base station settings

All base station settings are conveniently made via the
handset!

Changing the system PIN

To prevent unauthorised registration of a handset, you
should change the preset system PIN (factory setting:
0000) to a PIN that only you know. This also enables
remote operation (answering machine).

Open the menu.

Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm.
Enter the currently valid system PIN (4 digits; factory
setting: 0000).
For security reasons only four asterisks (****) are
displayed.

Confirm. <NEW PIN>
Enter the new system PIN (4 digits).

OOOOOOO
Confirm. <REP PIN>
Repeat the new system PIN.
