Driving the Machine The drive wheels are controlled by the shifter (1). Pushing the shifter (1) forward makes the machine go forward and pulling it back makes the machine go in reverse. The driving speed depends on the position of the shifter. The steering wheel (2) controls the front wheel, controlling the direction the machine goes.
Controlling the Blasthead • Pressing the free flow button (button will illuminate) (1) will lower the Blasthead down to the ground. Order of Operation Start up • Start the BMR-25P • Run the machine up to 3600-3700 RPM • Press the free flow button and wait for the head to lower (approximately 5 seconds) • Once all casters on the blasthead are on the ground, press the clutch on button.

To check the oil level there is an indicator (1) installed on the side of the tank. The indicator can be seen from the driver side of the BMR-25P under the seat behind the side panel. The level shouldn’t be lower than half the range of the indicator.
7. Blasthead Blasthead Removal 1. Disconnect shot valve actuator wiring. 2. Remove blasthead belt guard. 3. Remove blasthead belt. 4. Remove the hydraulic cylinder pin. 5. Remove head pivot pin. 6. Roll the head away from the machine. Use CAUTION when removing the head.
