The Suntek HC-940Pro uses 4G cellular transmission and APP control to view photos and videos. There is no mention of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity for viewing media.

Werkt het alleen met een prepaid simkaart of mag het ook een simkaart met abonnement zijn? Moet bij de instellingen het telefoonnummer van de simkaart ingevuld worden of het lange simkaartnummer

The Suntek HC-940Pro requires a prepaid SIM card with the PIN code disabled. The settings should include the device ID scanned via the APP, not the phone number or the long SIM card number.

The provided information does not mention Bluetooth or Wi-Fi functionality for the Suntek HC-940Pro camera. It only specifies 4G APP control using a SIM card. Therefore, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities cannot be confirmed.

Hello, I cannot charge my camera with 800mah lithium it blinks red/green with the 12v dc plug in, with usb-c it doesn’t charge at all. I only had this camera less than a yr very disappointed. This was a trial check before buying more products from this company. It seem to be good quality camera poor quality battery as I only got one use out of it. Model HC-940A-LI bought on Amazon sometime last summer I believe.

The red/green blinking and failure to charge with a 12V DC plug or USB-C on the Suntek HC-940Pro camera could be caused by one or more of the following:

1. Battery latch not set to ON – The battery must be properly latched in the ON position for the camera to operate and charge correctly.

2. Incorrect power source – The camera requires a 12V DC power source. If the power supply is not 12V DC, or if it's incompatible (e.g., wrong voltage or polarity), the camera may not charge.

3. USB-C not supported for charging – The manual does not mention USB-C charging support, so using USB-C may not charge the camera.

4. Faulty or incompatible SIM card – If the SIM card is locked or not effective, it may cause the camera to malfunction, indicated by blinking lights.

5. SD card not inserted – Some functions may not work properly without an SD card installed.

6. Internal error or hardware fault – If all setup steps are correct and the problem persists, the camera may have a hardware issue.
