    Installation For commissioning and operating the camera, the relevant national regulations, as well as the generally accepted rules of technology shall prevail. Before mounting the camera, thoroughly check it for any transport damage regarding the housing and cable. Installa- tion, electrical connection and the first commissioning must only be carried out by quali- fied specialists.

    5.4.1 Appropriate cables & cable entries An integral part of the device safety is the correct selection of the cables, wires and cable entries. Attention!   • Page 23 With the option “port no. assign automatically” a port number is assigned automatically. If several cameras with different port numbers are connected and communication is to take place with a specific camera, the corresponding camera can be determined by reacting to port number. The authorizations of programs can also be activated retrospectively in the Windows firewall settings of the PC (Windows firewall and allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall).
