3 SETTING OF INSTRUMENT CONDITIONS

After magic-angle adjustment is completed, display the Queue tab and ter-
minate the measurement.
Adjustment of the magic angle may change the resolution. Be sure to check the
resolution according to Sect. 3.5 "Adjustment of the resolution", and adjust the shim
values if necessary.
CAUTION
When you first adjust the magic angle, receive instructions from an ex-
perienced person.
An incorrect adjustment might damage the probe.
3.3
SETTING OF IRRADIATION FREQUENCY
1.
Insert the standard sample "adamantane".
2.
Perform spinning.
3.
Load the pulse sequence single_pulse_solid.jxp into the Experiment Tool.
4.
recvr_gain is set.
5.
Click the Submit button.
The pulses occur, and the measurement starts.

From the Pointer bar in the processed data display area, select Copy posi-
tion, and left-click on the irradiation position to copy the position.
7.
Load the pulse sequence you want to use into the Experiment Tool; then
paste the copied irradiation position to the irradiation frequency (irr_offset
etc.) by right clicking.

When the measurement is completed, the 1D Processor window automatically
opens.
