State On Driver Load
Use this property to set the state of NIC card on driver load. Choose one from
three options and click Submit to set the state of device.
Normal - driver switches device to ordinary NIC.
Disconnect - driver switches device to Disconnect.
ByPass - driver switches device to ByPass.

State On Power On
Use this property to set the state of NIC card on Power On. Choose one from
three options and click Submit to set the state of device.
Normal - device works as ordinary NIC when system power on.
Disconnect - device switches to Disconnect state when system power on.
ByPass - device switches to Disconnect state when system power on.
