LIMITATION OF USE
BACK PROTECTOR | LIMB JOINT PROTECTORS
These protectors do not safeguard against traumas caused by twisting, torsion or ex-
treme movements. They provide this mentioned limited protection only in areas covered
by the plastic plates. SCOTT Sports SA shall not accept any complaints arising from the
use of those products where the pads and the protection plates are not applied.
MISUSES
Bending or twisting the protector excessively is considered improper use and it may
cause the loss of protection properties or breakage of the gear.
We recommend that the protector is not left outside or exposed to high or low tem-
peratures before use. During use the protector temperature must not drop below
-20°C. Changes in environmental conditions such as temperature and wetness could
significantly reduce the performance of the protector. Product modifications may cause
the loss of protection and therefore, they are considered as improper use. Any contami-
nation, alteration to the protector or misuse could dangerously reduce the performance
of the protector. Never tamper with any part of the back protectors. Do not paint the
back protector nor use colorants of any nature. SCOTT Sports SA shall not accept com-
plaints or replace protectors that have been used improperly.

No protector (back, limb) can offer full protection against injury. Any contamination,
alteration to the protectors or misuse could dangerously reduce the performance of
the protectors.
Spinal injuries will not be prevented by a back protector. The vest protector must be
always used with the inserted protector.
• VI. INFO ON PRODUCT
CARE INSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL CONTENT
This product contains no known harmful substances: it is not known to undergo alter-
ation from contact with sweat or with substances likely to be found in toiletries and
is not known to cause any harm to human skin and body. The product does not con-
tain any hazardous substances. Find detailed material on the care label on your gar-
ment itself.
