As the source of a live voltage is approached the buzzer will sound
intermittently, the red LED will flash and "-" will be displayed on the
upper display.
Depending on the voltage level, the closer the proximity of the unit
to the voltage source, the more rapidly the buzzer sounds and the
red LED illuminates, until both become continuous. The display will
change from "-" to "- - - -" one step at a time.
