note: All variables with multiple UOM's depend upon the value of 'Input Mode' to determine which to use .
note: Use 'District Steam Delay' when 'Operating Mode' is set to District Steam . Use 'System Setpoint',
'System Differential' and 'Thermal Lockout Enable' when 'Operation Mode' is set to Burner/valve .
note: Use 'Vari-Boost Adjustment' when 'Boost Mode' is set to Vari-Day or Vari+ESD . Use
