Troubleshooting
After a fault happens, inspect and try the corresponding method below.
If the fault still exists after that, contact the authorized service center from which you bought the unit.
Problem
The massage heads stop
during use
(The unit beeps and all icons and
buttons on the remote controller
flicker and then go out.)
The unit cannot tilt, or the leg/foot massage
section cannot be raised or lowered

Cause and remedy
For safety, the massage heads will possibly stop upon a
too larger external force during use.
If all marks and buttons on the remote controller begin to flicker, it
suggests an extreme abnormality. In this case, turn off the power
switch and turn it on about 10 seconds later.
If the massage heads stop again, adjust your sitting posture and
do not lean on the backrest completely. (Users, particularly those
heavier than 100 kg, should follow relevant precautions.)
For safety, the unit will stop upon an obstruction or a too
large force.
If all contents and buttons are flickering and the backrest or the leg/
foot massage section has stopped, turn off the power supply and turn
it on about 10 seconds later and then operate the unit.
If the head is not in contact with the comfort cushion, or the back is not in contact
with the backrest, the shoulder position in body type detection will possibly be
lower than the actual position. Sit in the deepest position of the unit, lean your
head on the comfort cushion and operate from the beginning again.
An alternating tapping method is employed, which means that this phenomenon
will naturally occur. There is nothing wrong with the unit.
The power cord is disconnected.

"SOLE HEAT" only fabrics in the tiptoe positions are warm. The warm

feeling depends on factors such as body type, massage method,
clothes and room temperature. When the foot massage section is
being raised, the warm transfer part is in close contact with the soles
to make you feel warm. You may cover your knees with a blanket to get
warmer.
Due to the heater structure, the unit will still feel warm shortly
z
after heating because of the residual heat.
If a single part is continually massaged even after the
z
function is disabled, you will feel increasingly warmer.
If neither upper body massage nor leg/foot massage section is
enabled, the
function will not work separately.
The program will terminate about 5 seconds after the massage
z
has ended. Press
movements have stopped.
