Troubleshooting

The following is a list of problems that may occur during normal use of the product. If the remedies described do not solve the problem, contact Technical
Support for service.
Problem
The product is not turning ON
(mains powered model)
Excessive internal noise
Movement is not smooth
when the product is
operating.
SYNCHRO EXCITE LIVE
Cause
No line voltage.
The power supply cable is
damaged.
The power supply cable is not plugged in properly.
Blown
fuse
The product is not level.
Bearings are damaged.
The belt is worn.
Pedal slide rails and/or rollers are dirty.
Remedy
Check whether there is power at the socket by plugging in
another product that you know works.
Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
Check the connection.
To replace a blown fuse, contact the Technogym Technical
Support Service.
Check and level by using the levelling feet.
Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
Clean the pedal slide rails.
