     If ducting the FMPS100 extractor into a chimney it is recommended that the chimney must be lined and that the diameter of the chimney must be a minimum of 150mm. Consideration must be give to the length of the chimney, a long chimney will reduce the performance of the extractor.

    SECTION 4. INSTALLATION  Your Lacanche FMPS100 extraction hood is designed to be fitted directly onto a wall and is vented from the top. When installing the extractor care should be taken on the position that the extractor is installed.

  • Page 7 SECTION 5 REMOVING AND REFITING THE GREASE FILTERS  Remove the grease filters by pulling the latch out and then pulling the filter downwards as per Fig.11  To refit the grease filters ensure the tabs at the rear of the grease filter are located into the slots provided for on the extractor see Fig.12.

    SECTION 9. MAINTENANCE WARNING Unplug the appliance or switch off the circuit breaker before carrying out maintenance operations.  Regular maintenance is essential to ensure good performance and long-life.  To clean the stainless steel surfaces of the hood use a damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or products on any surface.
