Global Mode

Background color
The "Background color" parameter has been added to the Glo-
bal > General control > Interface page.
Background color
Use this parameter to choose a different background color for
the display. Starting from OS version 1.60, colors are indicated
by numbers, instead of names.

A new filter can now be selected while in the MIDI > Filters
page.

MP3 Board

An MP3 Master Volume has been added to the Global > Audio
Setup >Met/MP3/Speaker page.
This section only appears when the optional EXBP-Dual MP3
board has been installed.
Max Volume
Use this parameter to set the maximum volume of the MP3
Player. This control lets you balance MP3 files against SMF
Songs and Styles.

This (non-editable) parameter shows the fixed output for the
MP3 Player (Left+Right).

Master EQ

A semi-parametric Master EQ, with Bass, Middle and Treble
controls, has been added to the Global > Audio Setup edit sec-
tion. This EQ is placed at the end of the audio path, just before
the audio outputs.

Note: When the Master EQ is enabled, polyphony is reduced to 118
notes.

Use this checkbox to enable or disable the Master EQ.
Low Gain
This parameter lets you adjust the low frequencies master equal-
ization. This is a shelving curve filter. Values are shown in deci-

-18...+18dB Low gain value in decibels.
Mid (Middle) Gain
This parameter lets you adjust the semi-parametric middle fre-
quencies master equalization. This is a bell curve filter, centered
around the frequency set with the Freq knob. Values are shown
in decibels (dB).
-18...+18dB Middle gain value in decibels.
Mid (Middle) Freq
This parameter lets you adjust the center frequency for the semi-
parametric middle band. Values are shown in Hertz (Hz).
100Hz...10kHz
Center frequency in Hertz.
Hi (High) Gain
This parameter lets you adjust the high frequencies master
equalization. This is a shelving curve filter. Values are shown in
decibels (dB).
