Open the display assembly (2) as far as it will open.

Separate the computer (3) from the display assembly.

If the security cable lock bracket becomes dislodged from the top cover/keyboard during the display
assembly removal process, install it in the top cover/keyboard as shown in the following illustration.
The security cable lock bracket is included in the Bracket Kit, spare part number N01962-001.

If you need to replace the display bezel and the display assembly subcomponents:
a.
Flex the bottom (1) and the inside edges of the left and right sides of the bezel (2) to release the bezel
from the display panel assembly.
b.
Flex the top (3) to release the bezel from the display panel assembly.
c.
Remove the bezel (4).
