Troubleshooting

■ General
Problem
Power does not come
on.
You cannot operate any
button.
The remote control does
not work.
You cannot operate the
main unit using the
remote control.
Touch sensor panels do
not work.
A whirring noise can be
heard.
No picture is produced.

appliance.
Connect all cables properly.
Connect the main unit directly to
the TV.
Select the video signal type
suitable for your TV.
Select the display method suitable
for your TV.
Press any button.
Confirm the playable disc/file
types.
Connect a TV compatible with
HDCP.
Disconnect the HDMI cable and
connect it again.
Use an HDMI cable of 5 m or
shorter to assure stable operation
and picture quality.
Connect the TV to the [VIDEO]
terminal, and select the video
signal type and the output video
signal setting.
