保固及售服政策 Warranty & AS Policy
1.
Warranty period: 2 years from date of purchase.
2.
Warranty cases need to be registered on WPS.
i.
GMCs need to reply to warranty cases within 2 days.
ii.
GMCs will decide whether or not to return defective forks or not.
3.
For the first year, defective forks need to be sent back from dealers to GSCs.
4.
For warranty claims that happen in the first half of MY20:
i.
All warranty cases will be replaced with a new fork.
ii.
GSC Service Centers will practice repairing defective forks.
5.
Warranty claims that happen in the second half of MY20:
i.
GSC Service Centers will start repairing defective forks.
保固期:消費者購買日起 2 年。
6.
GSC 必須登錄在 WPS,GMC 必須在 2 日內回覆是否將不良品寄回 GMC 做進一步的分析。
7.
新品上市第一年,GSC 必須要求 Dealer 將不良品寄回。

產品上市前半年:

提供新品免費替換,並將不良品寄回。
i.
前半年 GSC Service Center 必須針對不良品進行維修的練習。
ii.
產品上市下半年起:

依據上半年的不良品維修經驗,由 GSC Service Center 進行維修。
