Cause
Both CC-CO are in Secondary
Unit Mode.
The line is interrupted.
The line is unsuitable (large
length, large attenuation,
small core cross section).
Both CC-CO are in Main Unit
Mode.
No connection could be
established.
The protection device does
not have a valid payload.
The LEDs are faulty.
The relay is faulty.
Check

the end of the line.

section, and attenuation.
