Installation
Method B: Bluetooth pairing from the vehicle radio/headunit to Roady BT
1. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth capability in any devices that you may have with you during
the installation, such as a cellphone, to avoid other devices connecting to the vehicle's radio/
headunit instead of Roady BT .
2. Press Menu on Roady BT and then, press
the Select button .
3. Audio Output will be highlighted . Press the Select button until Bluetooth is
shown as the selected audio output, and then wait a moment while Bluetooth
audio is enabled .
4. Press to highlight Bluetooth Settings and press the Select button .
5. Highlight Add New Bluetooth Device and press the Select button
6. The Pair Bluetooth Device message is displayed . Press the Select button to continue .
7. Press to highlight Pair from headunit/radio and press the Select button . (Note that "Pair from
headunit/radio" will not be shown if Roady BT found any Bluetooth devices . That's OK, just skip
this step and continue with the next step .)
8. Next go to the vehicle's radio/headunit in Bluetooth and initiate pairing . Refer to the vehicle owner's
manual for instructions on how to do this . Look for Roady BT in the list of Bluetooth devices and
pair and connect to it .
