I **** getting a bracket in front of all scans with my 755 series scanner when I scan into iPad

A bracket appears in front of all scans with the Socket 700 Series scanner when scanning into an iPad because the scanner is in HID-Peripheral mode instead of HID-Keyboard mode. Switching to HID-Keyboard mode resolves this issue.
