The table below lists alarms with corresponding solutions. Inhibiting alarms trigger the alarm relay.

Solution
•  M akesuretheinletshut-offvalveisopen;
• Checkthesolenoidvalveconnections;
•  M akesurethesolenoidvalvefilterisnotblockedwith
deposits;
•  M akesurethesolenoidvalveisworkingproperlyand
replace it if necessary;
•  M akesurethesupplementaryfilterinstalledupstream
ofthehumidifierisnotblocked,replacethefilter
cartridge if necessary.
•  C heckthewaterinletsolenoidvalve(filtercloggedor
solenoid valve damaged);
•  C heckforanybreakagesorleaksinthehumidifiertank;
• Contact Elsteam customer service to replace the AT;
•  M akesuretheelectricalpowercablesareconnected
correctly.
•  C hecktheamountoflimescaleintheboilertankand
in the drain ducts for the machine and for the system
downstreamofthehumidifier;
• Manually clean the limescale from inside the hydraulic
unit,fillanddrainmanifoldandinthedrainducts;
•  M akesurethedrainpumpelectricalconnectionsare
correct;
•  M akesurethedrainpumpisworkingproperly;
•  M akesuretherearenoleaksfromtheinletsolenoid
valve.

•  C heckhowthelimescaleisdepositedintheboilerand
makesuretherearejumpersbetweentheelectrodes;
• Clean it;
•  C heckthesupplywatertypeandmakesureit
correspondswiththespecificationsdescribedinthis
manual.
•  M akesurethereisaclosedcontactatterminals7and8;
•  M akesuretheelectroniccontrolisworking.
• Perform manual drain procedure to wash the hydraulic
unit and remove the foam;
• Perform maintenance and cleaning on the electrodes
andthetank,replacetheelectrodesifnecessary;
•  C heckforleaksfromtheoutletsolenoidvalveand
replace it if necessary.
