37 Consult office personnel to determine why the component is offline. Continue
as directed by office personnel.
38 Obtain further assistance in replacing this card by contacting the personnel
responsible for higher level of support.
39 You have successfully completed this procedure. Return to the maintenance
procedure that directed you to this card replacement procedure and continue
as directed.
