    5 Applications Soft roasting How it functions «Soft roasting» function allows high-quality cuts of meat to be prepared gently. The end of operation can be set precisely, irrespective of the weight and thickness of the meat. The temperature is automatically controlled. For long operating times, the temper- ature is controlled such that it corresponds to low-temperature cooking.

    5 Applications If you want to set a delayed start for a recipe that does not require preheating, the first action step must be skipped. This only indicates in which shelf position the food should be put. As it has to be confirmed with «OK», this step must be skipped for a delayed start.
