To find mileage and hours logged on the ICON Health & Fitness PRO-FORM SPORT 6.0, check the display for the following workout information:

1. Distance (MI or KM) – Displays the total miles or kilometers walked or run.
2. Time – Displays the elapsed workout time.

To change the unit of measurement for distance, press the ST/M button. To customize the scan mode and cycle through different workout data, press the Display button repeatedly. If needed, reset the displays by pressing the Stop button twice.
