NOTE: Repeat twice for Panels O1 and O2 (3 panels total each). Attach Panel O1 to Panel O2 by inserting cam bolts into cam locks as shown.

- Page 20 Step 2: Drawers 6x35 Cam Bolt x4 8x30 Dowel Pin x2 ⁄ “ Cam Cover x4 Insert d1 Dowel Pins into the edges of Panel K1. Attach c1 Cam Bolts to Panel K. Attach Panel K to Panel K1, inserting cam bolts into cam locks, tightening, and applying c2 Cam Covers.
- Page 21 Step 2: Drawers In order to access pre drilled screw holes in 3.5x35 Screw x8 Panels K4 and K5, you will have to temporarily remove the outside screws and pivot the drawer rails. Repeat for second drawer. Attach Panels K2 and K3 to Panel K4 as shown, using S2 Screws.
- Page 22 Step 2: Drawers 3.5x35 Screw x8 Carefully slide Panel K6 into the grooves on Panels K2, K3 and K4. Repeat for second drawer. TIP: Be sure that K2 and K5 are flush against each other. This will make installation of Panel K7 (drawer front) on Page 23 easier.
- Page 23 Step 2: Drawers 3.5x30 Screw x12 4x20 Fix Bolt x8 Handle x4 Realign drawer runners on Panels K4 and K5 and reinstall screws. Repeat for second drawer. Attach h Handles with b2 Fix Bolts. Align Panel K7 with Pan- el K2 and secure with s1 Screws as shown.
- Page 24 Step 2: Drawers Adhesive Foam Sheet x2 Remove the adhesive backing from the Adhe- sive Foam Sheet and carefully adhere it to the bottom of the drawer. NOTE: The Adhesive Foam Sheet’s adhesive is very strong. Be precise when installing. Repeat for second drawer.
- Page 25 Step 2: Drawers 3.5x35 Screw x4 Attach Panels K9 and K10 to Panel K11 as shown, using S2 Screws. TIP: Be sure that K9 and K11 are flush against each oth- er. This will make installation of Panel K8 (drawer front) on Page 26 easier.

- Page 27 Step 2: Drawers Fully extend the cabinet rails, align drawer rails, and slide drawers into caddy. Be sure that the silver ball bearing pieces are positioned all the way to the front of the rails. TIP: Gently open and close the drawers a few times to engage the Soft Close mechanism.
