IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be always be followed
and include the followings:
1. Read all the instructions.
2. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or
other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Unplug from outlet when is use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunction, or
has been damaged in any manner.
6. Do not use outdoors.
7. Do not let cord plug over edge of table or counter, touch hot surfaces.
8. Do not place near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
9. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance.
10. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any
control to "Off" then remove plug from wall outlet.
11. CAUTION: This appliance generates heat during use. Proper precaution must be taken to prevent
the risk of burns, fires or other damage to persons or properties.
12. Do not leave unit unattended while in use.
13. T his appliance is for Household Use Only. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
14. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch the unit while the hand get wet.
15. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged
less than 8 years.
16. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
17. Children shall not play with appliance.
18. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
• farm houses;
• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
• bed and breakfast type environments.
