    ® General Description R&S CMW-KN5xx Test Setup 3 General Description The "LTE eNodeB Multi Evaluation" measurement provides quick and flexible TX tests on LTE downlink SISO and MIMO 2x2 signals. For MIMO 2x2 signals, you can mea- sure both antenna signals, but not simultaneously. With option R&S CMW-KN500, you can measure FDD signals.

The amount of unwanted off-carrier energy is assessed by the out-of-band emissions (excluding spurious emis- sions) that are specified in terms of the spectrum emission mask and the Adjacent Channel Leakage power Ratio (ACLR).

    ® General Description R&S CMW-KN5xx Limit Settings and Conformance Requirements The emission mask requirements are defined in 3GPP TS 36.141, section 6.6.3 "Oper- ating Band Unwanted Emissions". The default values correspond to the emission masks defined for a home BS and operating bands up to 3 GHz in section 6.6.3.5.2X. Thus the signal includes 30 RBs with 16-QAM modulation for which modulation results shall be measured and additionally 20 RBs with QPSK modulation. The 16-QAM RBs have a lower power than the QPSK RBs (16-QAM RBs below 0 dB line, QPSK RBs above 0 dB line).
