Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool
remove the battery 5.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Storing the Allen key (see fig. 1)
Fig� 1 shows where the Allen key 18 is stored and how
to remove it�
Installation and removal of the plastic tip (see fig. 2)
The plastic tip 14 prevents surface deformation when
staples or nails are driven� Fig� 2 shows the steps for
mounting / dismounting the plastic tip 14�
Installation of fasteners into the magazine (see
fig. 3-6)
Use fasteners (staples or nails) that are
suitable for your tool model (see explanatory
pictures and technical data table)� Fasteners
(staples or nails) are supplied as strips� Do
not attempt to load the fasteners one by one, as this
may lead to their bending inside the striking mechanism�
• Press on the upper part of the lock 9 (see fig. 3.1).
• Move the cover 10 back (see fig. 3.2).
• Installation of the staple strip 19:
• install the staples 19 as shown in figure 4.1. The
upper part of the staples 19 must adjoin the upper
part of the magazine 11 (see fig. 4.2);
• avoiding twisting of the staple 19, move the cov-
er 10 forward until the lock 9 locks into place (see
fig. 4.1).
• Installation of the nail strip 20:
• you can only use nails 20 of the following
lengths: 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm
(see fig. 5). This is due to the feature of the installa-
tion of the nails 20;
• install the nails 20 as shown in figure 6.1. The
lower part of the nails 20 must adjoin the lower part
of the magazine 11� The heads of the nail strip 20
must fit into one of the grooves on the rear wall of
the magazine 11 (see fig. 5);
• avoiding twisting of the nails 20, move the
cover 10 forward, until the lock 9 locks into place
(see fig� 6�1)�
Charging procedure of the power tool
battery
Initial operating of the power tool
The power tool is supplied with a partially charged
battery 5. Before the first use, the battery 5 must
be fully charged.
Charging process (see fig. 7-8)
• Press the battery lock 8 and remove the battery 5
(see fig. 7.1-8.1).
• Connect the charger 21 to the power supply�
• Insert battery 5 into charger 21 (see fig. 7.2-8.2).
• Disconnect the charger 21 from power supply after
charging�
• Remove the battery 5 from the charger 21 and
mount battery 5 in the power tool (see fig. 7�3-8�3)�
Charger indicators (see fig. 9-10)
Charger indicators 23 and 24 inform of the battery 5
charging process� Signals of the indicators 23 and 24
are shown on the label 22 (see fig. 9-10).
• Fig� 9�1, 10�1 - (the green indicator 24 is on, the
battery 5 is not inserted in the charger 21) - the
charger 21 is connected to the power network (ready
for charging)�
• Fig� 9�2, 10�2 - (the green indicator 24 is blinking,
the battery 5 is inserted in the charger 21) - the bat-
tery 5 is being charged�
• Fig� 9�3, 10�3 - (the green indicator 24 is on, the
battery 5 is inserted in the charger 21) - the bat-
tery 5 is fully charged�
• Fig� 9�4, 10�4 - (the red indicator 23 is on, the bat-
tery 5 is inserted in the charger 21) - the charging pro-
cess of the battery 5 is terminated due to inappropriate
temperature� When the temperature conditions are
normal, the process of charging will resume�
