Omega 23:1-30:1 • Turn counterclockwise the rod guiding screw (Q30) [take care to the washer (Q31) and check the seal inside the screw (Q30) is undamaged. • Take out the screws (Q32) [take care of the washers (Q33) and remove carefully the cylinder (Q34) (do not bend it during extraction in order to avoid that motor piston may damage the internal surface of the cylinder).

Omega 23:1-30:1 • Insert the springs (Q53) and the valves (Q54) into the seat (Q55). Position the seat on the pump support and lay the manifold (Q56) on the seat [do not forget the gasket (Q57)]. • Fasten the manifold with screws (do not tighten) ensuring it is perfectly parallel to the other manifold and the distance between them is 46 mm (see illustration).
