Each G.hn subscriber port supports up to 1.7 Gbps of dynamically allocated bandwidth for near symmetrical Gigabit services over the existing telephone wire or coaxial cable. The Positron GAM solution is MEF CE 2.0 compliant and is ideally suited to deliver Business Ethernet services in an MDU and/or MTU deployment. -

GAM Quick Installation Guide GAM-PWR-4-M The GAM-PWR-4-M allows a mid-span power injector to be used to inject 15.4W on top of a G.hn data pair when connecting a Positron GAM (MIMO) to an outdoor and Reverse Power Fed GAM-8-MRX (or GAM-4-MRX). You will need two (2) GAM-PWR-4-M devices when applying power to all (16) pairs of a GAM-8-MRX. -

3. Connect the DATA & POWER jack toward the outdoor GAM-4-MRX or GAM-8-MRX as per the wiring diagram of Figure 2. 4. Make sure to not block the airflow to the GAM-PWR-4-M and install it away from excessive heat or humidity and free from vibration or dust. -
