Home Monitoring allows you to monitor the places at home where a camera is
installed from inside or outside home, and record using an IP camera or USB
camera connected to a home network.
※ Supports only iPhone and iPad as a mobile device.
※
No voice function provided.
※ Video from a camera may be unstable, depending on the memory used in LG Network Storage.
※ All recording in process will be stopped when you reboot LG Network Storage, or upgrade
and initialize firmware.
※ All recording in progress is stopped if the LG Network Storage IP address is changed.
※ If LG Network Storage power is turned off unexpectedly, files being recorded are not saved
properly.
※ The maximum resolution of Home Monitoring service is 320X240 with 10 frames.
1. Register USB camera information.
For Internet Explorer, you need to install Java ActiveX Plugin to see a 'Live
view' . If Java Plugin is not already installed, click ' J ava Plugin' installation
message which will automatically appear on the top of the webpage to
install.
2. Edit USB camera setting

Connect a USB camera
to a USB port of LG Net-
work Storage.
Click 'Multimedia
Service' -> 'Home Moni-
toring' -> 'USB Camera'
tab.
Click an 'Reload' button when
auto recognition fails or a
USB camera needs to be
reregistered.
USB camera is compatible
with UVC(USB Video Class)
model and supports MJPEG.
Click 'Edit Config. ' .
