6.7.3 Channeler Area – Sub-Band (Filter) Selection
Mini-Repeater Deko2408-09 enables, by means of the SAW Switcher, to select
one to three sub-bands of 1.5 (2) MHz, 10 MHz and 25 MHz [other values are
available] (see Figure 21).
In the current unit, the 10 MHz and 25 MHz channels are justapoxed, and
therefore you can select either one of them but not both.
Mini-Repeater Deko2408-09 enables to slide the selected channel along the
bandwidth range in order to set the selected frequency range. Proceed as
follows:
1. Determine the sub-band - 2 MHz, 10 MHz or 25 MHz by clicking on the
sub-band box to select it. If the sub-band is out of bounds (therefore not
shown), click on the arrow buttons to bring it within the DCS band, then
click on its box to select it
2. Click on the selected sub-band and slide it until you position it in the
required range in the Mini-Repeater bandwidth. On the other hand, you
can use the arrow buttons for delicate or fast sliding of the sub-band (see
next paragraph).
