Batteries
Recommended batteries
Use two D size, 1.5 V dry cell alkaline batteries. Batteries will last 35 days with the
energizer operating continuously.
Notes:
-
Do not mix battery brands, types or ages and always replace complete set with new
batteries, all of the same brand and type.
-
Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) or Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable batteries are
not recommended, as the energizer's pulse speed will be slower and operation
between recharges may be as short as a few days. If rechargeable batteries are
used then they must be removed from the energizer before being recharged.
