ESCape Sequence Differences
The following ESCape sequences cause different operations to be
performed in each emulation, IBM Proprinter X24E and Canon Bubble
Jet Printer BJ-130e.

Draft proportional spacing not availble

Shading and reverse modes are not available
Shading and reverse modes can be set with m2
m1 is set to 0 if it is not defined
m1 is ignored if it is not defined
