Electrical Connection
Your washing machine comes with a
plug that meets the new Brazilian
standard for plugs and must be
connected to an outlet according to
NBR 14136. Use an exclusive outlet in
perfect condition to connect the
device.
Check that the power supply voltage
indicated on the label of the washer's
power cord is the same of the outlet
where it will be connected.
This washing machine is comes with a
3-pin plug. The housing is connected
to the central pin of the plug, which is
in direct contact with the ground wire
of the mains, increasing the user's
safety.
Pay close attention to the installation
instructions, especially regarding
supply voltage and grounding.
6. Grounding and 3-pin plug
Remove the plug from the
outlet before maintenance or
cleaning the device.
Keep all electrical connections
dry and without contact with
water and/or wet surfaces.
Never remove the plug
grounding pin.
Do not use adapters that
eliminate the plug grounding
pin.
Never use an adapter to
connect to a 10 A plug.
Never use adapters or t-type
connectors.
Do not attempt to plug the 3-pin plug
into an outlet not in compliance with the
NBR 14136.
Connect the plug only to properly
grounded outlets.
Before connecting the washing machine
to the mains, make sure that the high
pressure washing machine on/off button
is in the off position.
To turn off the high pressure washing
machine, never pull the power cord, pull
it only by the plug to avoid damage.
Remove the plug from the outlet before
maintenance or cleaning the high
pressure washing machine.
Failure to follow these instructions may
be life threatening, cause fire or electric
shock.
