STORAGE

STORAGE SAFETY
1. Store unit in an area away from human
activity.
2. Do not permit children to play on or around
the stored machine.
3. Lock out tag out master panel to prevent
unexpected start-up.
If the machine will not be used for a period of time,
the machine should be thoroughly inspected and
prepared for storage. Repair or replace any worn
or damaged components to prevent any unneces-
sary down time when it will be used again.
Follow this procedure:
1. Clean the entire machine thoroughly using the
Central-Vac to remove all dirt, debris or
residue.
2. Gather all hoses, inlets and wands and store
them so they will not be damaged during the
down time.
3. Lubricate all grease points. Make sure all
grease cavities have been filled with grease
prior to storage.
4. Inspect all air hoses, fittings, lines and cam
couplers. Tighten any loose fittings. Replace
any hose that is badly cut, nicked or abraded
or is separating from the crimped end of the
fitting.
5. Check the oil level in the blower reservoirs.
Bring to the recommended level.
6. Install and secure the plugs in the intake line
inlets.
10. Touch up all paint nicks and scratches to
prevent rusting.
