Ultrasonic cleaning good practice

Baskets: Components must be placed in a basket before being placed into the tank. Do
not place parts or components directly onto the base of the tank as this will damage
the ultrasonic cleaning system and this may invalidate your warranty.
Detergents: Ultrasonic cleaning requires the presence of a cleaning detergent to clean
effectively. See page 14 for more information.
Rinsing: Components should be rinsed with clean running water prior after removal
from the bath.
Rinsing the components ensures that any contaminants present in the water at the end
of the cycle do not re-adhere to the components when the basket is removed from the
tank.
Electrical Safety Testing (PAT testing) should be conducted with water in the tank.
