Malfunctions
NOTICE
In order to limit the number of false intrusion alarms when the wrong direction detected by
the cameras and the entrance door is not closed, the FlipFlow will measure the time it takes to
close the entrance door and compares it with referenced time:
If the closure time is less than the reference time, an anti-pass-back alarm triggered.
If, on the other hand, the time is longer or equal to the reference time, an intrusion alarm triggered.
NOTICE
This reference time has present in the factory using very precise closing speed data, so it is
important not to modify it!

ü Configurable using the service display:
a) Set the time periods.
b) Selection of the reaction type.
NOTICE
ü Limit the number of false alarms:
a) Cameras detect person / object in opposite direction, entrance door not closed
b) System measures the time taken to close the entrance door
c) System compares closing time with reference time
ð If the closing time is shorter than the reference time, an anti-passback alarm is triggered.
ð If the closing time is as long as the reference time or longer, an intrusion alarm is triggered.
IMPORTANT
The reference time is set at the factory taking a specific closing speed into account. It must
not be changed under any circumstances!

The alarm triggered when a person or object has passed
the light curtain in the opposite direction at the exit of the
tunnel.
The response of the FlipFlow is the same as for a return
alarm, but a separate alarm contact is activated.
A reset must performed to deactivate this alarm.
